About the Recipe
A gut healthy and crowd pleasing mocktail that won’t leave the tee-totallers or those wanting to reduce their alcohol intake feeling left out. This is a twist on the piña colada classic and brings in elevated and subtle flavours.

Ingredients
425g coconut cream
500ml pineapple juice
250ml kefir water
½ lime juice
To serve:
Lime wedges
Dried pineapple slices
Pinch of black pepper and ground cumin
Preparation
Step 1
Add the coconut cream, pineapple juice, kefir water and lime juice in a shaker.
Step 2
Shake until you get a slight froth and the ingredients are fully blended.
Step 3
Pour into a chilled glass and serve with the garnishes and a pinch of the spices on top.
